The reception area possesses a fabulous design. My room, a Premium Room, was elegant and spacious. I found the building itself to be beautiful.
The spa access times for hotel guests were quite limited. I would have appreciated more flexibility.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Some Positives
unclean bathroom slow service
The location was convenient for getting around.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom. the minibar was not stocked, and I had to call multiple times to get it filled. The service overall felt slow, and staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues.
