i found that the spa charged guests extra to use its pool at peak hours.

The breakfast WAS AMAZING!!! It was quick, fresh, and also high quality. The hotel provides complimentary wine with nuts from 4pm to 5pm. I thought that was a LOVELY touch.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom. the minibar was not stocked, and I had to call multiple times to get it filled. The service overall felt slow, and staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues.

the location was perfect, right in the city center! i loved the quiet atmosphere. the front desk team was super helpful, offering great suggestions. our room was huge and had a fantastic view (i could see everything!).
